Q: What kind of houses do you buy?

A: We characteristically buy single family homes, but will consider townhouses and multi-units properties. We can make offers on houses that have been inherited, are currently being tenanted, in need of major repair or in any other condition.

Q: How does ‘Help Me Sell’ buy my home?

A: Our most asked question! You contact us by entering your information on this site or by calling our office at 289-731-2086. We’ll arrange an appointment to safely meet with you and whomever else you want there at your home. We gather information about your house that we need (ie. dimensions of rooms, property size) and we can make you a no-obligation offer on the spot. After you consider the offer, you tell us when you want to close and we’ll close on the date of your choosing. It’s that easy!

Q:  Will you be listing my house or just buy it directly?

A:  Another one of our most asked questions. We BUY your property, not LIST it. When you work with an agent, they will usually want to list it to sell to the general public, have showings many times a week (even many times a day), have you make repairs or upgrades and stage it. All this is an extra expense to end up selling anyway. We save you the hassle by making an offer, and if you accept, DONE! Nothing else to do than give us a closing date of your choice.

Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?

A:  There are many private buyers who want to pay you the absolute lowest price possible for your house. We don’t operate that way. We want to pay you a fair price for - a price that is a “win” for both of us. We work with homeowners who want to keep the process as simple as possible or need to sell quickly so they can get on with their lives. Our previous clients love that they don’t have to do repairs, pay utility bills if they are already at another home or even clean it before leaving.  We save you time and money and you save us money not having to buy through a listing realtor. Your biggest advantage about price is there is no pricing commitment once an offer has been made meaning you do not have to move forward with the offer we give unless YOU choose to.

Q:  How do you decide what price to offer?

A:  You tell us about your property and we gather information on our end (ie. previous sale prices, property taxes) ahead of time so when we meet with you we can give you an offer on the spot. We also look at location of the property, current condition of the home and repairs needed, along with values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. We take a lot of information into consideration to come up with a fair price.

Q:  Is there any obligation once I submit my information?

A: None. Zero. Nada. Once you submit information, we contact you to set up the meeting previously mentioned.  Once an offer has been given it’s 100% your choice whether to accept and move forward.
